My apologies.... I knew there was some kind of settlement on the table but forgot (perhaps just as you yourself did just now) that you yourself rejected Trillium's offer.

We are proceeding with repairs to our 2010, and we will share as they occur.

It's too bad that there are difficulties with getting items sent in an organized and timely manner.
I just bought an older Trillium and would love a few of the items on their website that have the Trillium logo on it but don't feel confident at all sending any money especially with the latest developments.

Tom Young sent me a reply. He said the Sportsman was definitely a Trillium product introduced in 1977, or 1978.

I don't think that the fact the Trillium did produce a model called a Sportsman was ever in question.....

Well, there was some question.
Ryan Parson's is registered as A 1969 triple e Sportsman.

Since the length is more like a 4500, and the 4500 was introduced in either 1976, or 1977, the 1969 date must be suspect as well.

I didn't question the fact of Trillium's ownership/control/whatever of the Sportsman- I just wondered if they built ALL- or any- at the main factory, or perhaps licensed out or otherwise contracted the offsite building of some models. Ryan's registration certainly does raise that possibility in my mind.

Yes the year of registration as well as the stated make on the registration papers are two of a few reasons some have questioned since the trailer first became a topic of discussion here as to whether or not it was in fact a Trillium as some wanted to believe it to be. As I indicated the owner prior to Ryan did some research on it and came away with the feeling it wasn't built by Trillium although it sure looks a like their Sportsman - possible a prototype? Who knows....
