Turquoise Paint Color Mix Recipe

I am looking for paint mixing advice. Having read a few postings here, and on other fiberglass trailer sites, I am thinking of painting my Trillium trailer two tone using a Tremclad (Rustoleum) alkyd based paint thinned with mineral spirits. Question is ... Does anyone have a mixing ratio for a Turquoise colour? Since the regs have changed regarding the availability of oil based paints because of VOC concerns, Tremclad is now only available in a few basic (primary) colours. I have been told at a few paint stores that trying to duplicate a turquoise color is very difficult using the few colors available. I would think that someone has prepared their own mix ratio. Any recipes out there for preparing one quart of a turquoise color? Alternatively are there any suggestions for a second color to go with recreational white keeping an early 70’s color theme in mind? What have other diy owners done?

No mixing advice for the blue you are after but orange, pink, lime green & purple are all very 70's colours.

I know this is way too much paint for your purpose, but maybe you can adjust the amounts down.
This is the paint recipe for my house that I had mixed up at Home Depot.

Thanks Carol and Frederick. As for the colour formula, Home Depot in Canada no longer carries alkyd bases because of VOC's. So there is no way for the store to custom mix a turquoise colour unless I used water based. From what I have read about a diy paint job on fiberglass, it should be oil based, thinned with approx. 10 percent mineral spirtits. Priming may be necessary, but paint still needs to be oil based.

I just received an email from a member suggesting Interlux (oil based) or another marine application paint. Whether they can be custom coloured I don't know. Thanks for your help and nice house pics btw.
