U-haul CT-13 Bunk Hinge

After searching the forum, I was unable to find where I can find a replacement hinge for the front bunk. Does anyone have one they would like to sell or know where I can find a replacement?

It is just a large piano style hinge.

Mr. Rob,
I know the frustration in trying to locate one as it took me awhile!
But, I am quite sure you can find one if you keep bumping your request as
many have been removed and are just sitting in garages. Or, you could make a modified one out of a piano hinge like Mr. Tom said. Great thread on the bunk bed with pics of the hinge:
