Uhaul bunk issue. Need ideas!

This weekend I had two teenagers on the front bunk beds. Several times when the top girl woke up, she noticed that one of the poles had slipped out of the pole indention. I need help from a Uhaul owner. Any way to keep the poles more secure in their spots??
