There is some adjustment that can be made wire the striker plate both up and down and in and out. You also should have two guide pins on the lockset to bring the door level. Most have the bottom of the door a little proud of the frame after 30+ years. You will need to slightly loosen the striker bolts and the cabin hinge bolts to adjust. A 1/4” drive ratchet with extension and deep well socket should work for cabin side. Pop the plugs for access. Typically a two person job, one to hold door other works the wrench.

Not the best pictures to see amount of sag. You need to look at the variation in the gap across the top and down the sides, is the gap even on the sides and top or does it change from one end to the other. From what I can see it looks fairly even across the top. Are you more concerned about the bottom of the door not fitting tight. A photo looking straight on to the door would help, plus one of the end of the latch. If you are not familiar with what the guide pins look like you may not know if they are there or not.

retty hard to see the problem when all the pictures are upside down and you do not exactly show the door area problem.

You might want to join the UHaul Camper Facebook group. They really don’t care how you spell or post things and have first hand experience with all things UHaul.

I would presume that he was making a joke. Being french canadian, I consider myself ahead of someone who would only speak english. Meaning that inwould not care much if someone whommake. A gramatical error in french if he were english speaking first. Than again, I am sure this was a joke! And yes, i will also be joining the FB. More is better.
