Vent Pipe Covers, Where to find replacements

I was cleaning the roof yesterday and noticed that one of the vent pipe cover cap thingies had several small cracks in it. I thought about sealing the cracks with silicone but that might be a losing battle.

I tried to take the top of the cap off, it says right on it "puill to remove" and it broke apart in my hand. Doh!...Anyone know where to find a new one? Preferrably aluminum. I'm thinking about replacing them both...

I already tried Home Depot.

I would think you're gonna have to get those at an RV supply or repair place. (We bought ours at ''Al's'' in Santa Fe, NM, I think!)

Or, I feel sure you can get them at Camping World.
You can order their free catalog from their website.

How about a heater vent cover from the hardware store like Lowe's. They come pretty small. you'd have to drill and screw it on. all this cover does is keep the rain out, right?

bdavid:

New replacement stink pipe vent covers are $5.00 at a local RV distributor. If you have no luck finding them, contact me via e-mail.
