want different sleeping and eating arrangement

Hi, I have a Casita 17' liberty deluxe and would like to maybe go to twin beds instead of the space stealing king bed, and something different for the table. I can extend the width of the port and starboard side bunks no problem but the table recon-fig to feed 4 people is giving me fits, our 2 kids tent but would be eating inside under weather conditions. Id sure like to be rid of those terrible chrome table tubes, maybe some kind of wall mount table or drop leaf ,I don't know yet.I'm sure open to all ideas here. I'm hoping someone has tackled this project and would share ideas and pictures

Hi Greg, one of the best described (with pics!) modification I've seen in a Liberty (to twin beds) is CarolnJim's. They did this mod back in 2006 and as far as I know, they're still very happy with it. Check out the tables!

Hope this helps.
