heh. Those are my lcool buddies...

I have and use one of these:


It's a spool gun with battery clips. I don't have a spool gun for my Miller so I used my Ready Welder bolted to my Miller to weld the aluminum framing for the bunks on my B1700. Off road, I've welded a spring hanger on one of my trucks using it... It's small and packs away easily... Also about half the price of an alternator based welder (unless you make your own from a cadillac alternator)...
