Might be a Boler, Might be a Honey...... aint got a clue...... Think it's an 80's erra.

Anyway..... PO told me he really thought the vin was INSIDE on the rectangular tube of the tounge. He could be mistaken.... that was 3 years ago. The guy I sold it to month ago with a bill of sale can't find anything there. I could not find it on the ouside of the of the tounge when I sold it. For my orginal purpose..... it would have been sitting on the back of a truck as a camperbox so i never cared about a vin. number or registering it.

Did a search in here.... VIN is too short for search engines.

Any help would be appreciated.

I can only tell you where to find the VIN on my late model scamp - go to my web site, www.n0kfb.org and click on 'scamp vin decoding', and you will see a link to a picture of the VIN on my Scamp's tongue.

Registry
On our 72 Boler American the VIN is on a plate secured to the vertical side of the drivers side of the tongue. It is a 2x2 plate a few inches from the body of the trailer hidden under multiple layers of paint. I have heard of others who have found the plate riveted to the body just below the belly band. Some have found it inside the cabinet near the door. It can be a challenge to find it on some. Good luck on the hunt.
