The Trails West Campster is small enough that I was able to roll it into my garage after letting some of the air out of it's tires (15" rims!). Generally speaking, any of the trailers with pop-tops have a lower profile overall, which make them easier to garage. The garage door to my condo is particularly low at only 77" and posed a real challenge when it came to finding the right FGRV. I'm happy with my choice and I'm saving a lot of money by storing it at home. Plus, it's a lot easier to work on.

The lowest profile and probably narrowest is the Miti-Lite trailer. Look in the albums. I have seen one upclose and they are a lot shorter than either the Compacts or Campsters. They have a pop up roof like the Westfalia Volkswagon vans.

Sadly, Little Joe is 7'4" tall, taller than my pre-fire Scamp 13' (7'0" before fantastical fan).

It would help to define 'smaller', which could be height, width, length or weight, depending on what one's needs are.

If you remove the table and put a sheet of 28" x 6' of plywood between the two single beds you could sleep 3 people. There are no bunk beds as far as I know on the Campsters, Compacts, nor Hunters. These trailers all enter from the rear of the trailer, which is where the other FGRV trailers typically have the bunk beds.

Also, in my PM I stated that the pop-top spans to where the beds begin. This is not accurate. It spans to where the table begins so you do have several feet to manuever around in the trailer to get situated before you sit down at the table.
