Window a/c with heat?

Ok, the Boler I recently got had a hole for a small window a/c cut into the front of the egg just over the trailer tongue.

So I either patch the hole or buy a a/c unit (easier and possible selling point) my question being here in Minnesota, has anyone seen small 5000 btu window units with a heat strip? Years ago I had one and it took the chill out well, but havent seen one recently.

I wouldn't bother with the dual AC/heat unit, just get a small ceramic heater with thermostat for heat.

I have one of the small ceramic heater and they work fine as I dont plan on camping alot in the heat or extreme cold but figure if I am gonna use an a/c to plug the hole then may as well have the heat option as well.

My only reason was economic, an average 5000 btu AC runs about $100, the one linked with the heat option was $300.
