Window installation advice

I have just acquired and additional small window for my boler which I intend on installing above the cooktop.
My plan is to cut the hole in the fiberglass with a dremel tool or my jigsaw. I have read the threads on this site about cutting fiberglass, but am wondering whether anyone has any additional words of wisdom about the do's and don'ts of cutting a hole in my egg before I commence the reno.
Any advice would be appreciated!

Check out this thread by Dan Landt...he had a completely blank canvas to work from and put in a bunch of windows. Good ideas found here!

Awesome!

Thank you so much! That is exactly what I needed to read!
That thread didnt come up on my search, so it was very helpful.
Tomorrow I am off to buy an 18 tooth per inch jigsaw blade.

window

Laura:
When I cut the lower section from my closet to install drawers I started with a Dremal tool and side cutting bit. I quickly switched to saber saw dont remember what tooth count. I cut three sides in less time than the first side using the dremal.
old adage measure twice cut once.

success!

Thank you everyone for your helpful hints.
I have successfully installed my window. I used a jigsaw with a 18 tooth per inch blade and it worked like a charm.
Thanks!
