16 side dinette-->bunks?

Can anyone post links of a side dinette conversion to side bunks?

I saw one here earlier in the year. I think it was a man in Florida with two boys. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

Pretty common. 16' & 17' Spirit Deluxe Casitas, which make up over 90% of all Casitas. common in 16' Scamps, all Parkliners and many others.

Walt, I think the OP means a double bunk. A few Casita SD's have the factory side bunk option, not many. Scamp does not offer side bunks, only the front bunks. Parkliner offers it as an option, not commonly ordered.

I vaguely recall one well-executed side bunk mod in a Scamp or Casita- might the one the OP saw, and I remember thinking, "I like that because you still have the big window." Maybe someone else will turn it up.

Thanks Jon. I think you are right. I originally bought a Parkliner because it has a good, sturdy bunk option, but there were too many other things about the original model I didn't like. Many of those have been improved, BTW, but I still hate the waste system.
