16ft Scamp tires and minor lift?

My moms trailer was in need of axle so we ordered up one from Scamp. Its there standard 22.5 degree 3500lb axle. The original was preety much shot.It has 13" 4 lug tires on it now.We purchased 14" 205s for it since our family camps in a pretty remote location.Im just looking to clear the 14" tires, will adding a 1" spacer between the axle and frame be enough or would you think a 2" block would be needed. We will be having it installed since I simply don't have the time myself.I realize this wont raise the axle more so need clearance of body.I am open to trimming the fender skirts up a bit as well. Thanks Aaron
