Ouch! Is that a big dent too? it will probably be able to be pushed back into shape. The tears can be fused back together with
fiberglass. There are a lot of tutorials on youtube that will show you the basics of fiberglass repair. That is what I did when I took on a couple of large fiberglass modifications on my
Casita travel trailer.
The main thing I learned that I can pass on is to use epoxy resin rather than polyurethane resin. The reason is that the epoxy resin bonds better to other materials including old polyurethane based fiberglass. I also used a slow cure epoxy resin which gave me more time to work the material and according to the label, made an even stronger bond than the faster cure epoxy resins.
