Robert,
I had one one of those Girard tankless heaters in my 2012 Lance, they had a lot of problems with them over on the Lance forums, too hot and they ran every time you run the water. Finally, Girard came out with a revised heater with 2 settings, warm and hot. You may want to check on any revisions to your model. With the tankless you only use the hot water side and turn on cold to reduce the temperature. Now with the fix it is a better mix.

Great job on the boler. Just have a question about all the cabnetery. How did you go about attaching all the cabinets you had built to the fiberglass shell.
