1975 Trillium 1300 windows and stuff

So I am trying to remove the front cover over the front window. If I could just remove the side pieces I could slide the Fiberglass panel out to clean it up. I've done a good job with it in the frame. Most of the stuff on my trailer is riveted. It looks like this window cover frame has torque bolts/screws. My smallest torque is too small and the next one is too big.
