1980 Burro - Want to replace top red tail lights

Hi,
I have a 1980 Burro and I have found LED replacements for all of my exterior lights except for the 2 inch round red one on the top, back of the camper. Any suggestions? I orders some from etrailer.com and they were the wrong ones.

Thanks!
Troy

Did you try www.superbrightleds.com? They sell bulbs and tail lamp assemblies (like what fits on semis).

I was able to get the lights from etrailer - LED Trailer Clearance/Side Marker Light - 4 Diode, 24 Volts - Sealed - 2" Round - Red Optronics Trailer Lights MCL55R24B
The problem is that I cannot find the right mount. Anyone have a source?

I've been shopping for the same items! I've got the 7" round taillights, and found these sealed side markers Double Bullseye LED Trailer Clearance and Side Marker Light, 1 Wire, 10Diode - Amber Optronics Trailer Lights MCL45AB to match my existing incandescent double-bullseyes, although these sealed units look good too Sealed, Rectangular LED Trailer Clearance and Side Marker Light, 14 Diodes - Amber Optronics Trailer Lights MCL49AB .

I can't find good 2 1/2" rounds in LED either...The 2 1/2" rounds you selected requires the black base to lock the light into.

Flush mount or bracket? I think 2" round is a standard size used on trucks. Or they use to be before smaller LED markers became popular. We used Peterson lamps a lot, but I think you have to find a retailer because the web site is lite on content. BTW the web link
http://www.pmlights.com/products.cfm

led lights

I have looked all over for 2-1/2" round LED. The only ones have a black rubber base that fits into a hole. Used on truck beds.

If the lamp is a standard size, then the easiest place to find the mounting parts may be a truck stop or truck/trailer repair shop.

Most all of these round lamps are designed to fit in a rubber grommet that just pops into a flat panel (with a liberal amount of soapy water). There are some round lamps that can be screwed on.

The stop/tail lamps

The marker/clearance lamps
