Scamp sells a rigid white plastic trim for straight edges: Tapes & Trims : White Mini Rigid Trim (Price Per 4ft Piece). They use it on the inside of cabinet openings as well as exposed fiberglass edges on the backsplash, etc.

They also sell a flexible white trim: Tapes & Trims : White Large Trim For Entry Door (Price Per Ft). It has a thicker profile and is used for curved edges around the door.

The problem with Scamp is always the shipping. Hopefully someone can lead you to a local supplier. But if not...

Marine hulliner

Finished the Reflectex today. Started the Marine Hulliner, about 75% complete.
Need to finish last bit of ceiling and detail/edge/seam work tomorrow. Hope to start the faux ceiling tiles or floor tomorrow afternoon, we'll complete that on Monday, hopefully.

In case this helps anybody, we purchased 14 linear yards (72" wide) of silver grey geometric hulliner for our Perris Pacer, had some extra just in case of a mistake. (The geometric hulliner does have a grain)

Looking good! As far as a name for it, you all ready have it. In your post about the new axle , I would call it (Dexter).

Looking good! We're on the fence about replacing the quilted interior siding. Ours isn't ugly but we've stripped everything else...I'm most interested in the insulation benefits.

How does it meet the windows? It can't be tucked under the rubber unless you remove/replace the windows right?

Are you planning to make the scene in Palm Springs next weekend?

Fred

No Fred, we won't be able to hit Palm Springs this time We had planned to go, but we've decided to work on the trailer, trying to finish it by mid-April.

We've already removed and changed the rubber seals front and back windows. F.Y.I. Had to trim the plexi a fraction due to the dimensions of the new rubber gaskets, the original size gaskets were not available. Debating about the fabric meeting (going under/next to etc..) the rubber, need to figure that out. The side windows are out at this time, we're cleaning them, repainting, new rubber etc....

progress!

Had to break down and take the side windows to the glass guy today, couldn't get them "just right." Windows are so frustrating, started to feel like a repeat of the front and back windows, so instead of killing ourselves this time, off they went.

Got the ceiling in today. Tried out a number of adhesives and went with the one that seemed to hold the best. Hopefully we don't wake up to a ceiling on the floor

If the faux tin ceiling doesn't work out, looks like it'll be hulliner on the ceiling.

Looking good. What glue did you end up using? I used 3M 777 glue and it is holding the insulation well but has let go in a few areas so re-glued in the fall and will see what it is like in the spring when I am ready to finish the interior. I still have no clue as to what to cover the Reflectix with. I am not a big fan of Rat Fur or Hulliner.

Thanks. Rick, we used 3M-90 for the insulation and hulliner. We used E-6000 (tubes, not spray)for the faux tin tiles on the ceiling. The E-6000 does come in a pump style spray form, but for some reason, doesn't seem to work well.

I don't mind the the short pile hulliner for the walls, but wasn't keen on it for the ceiling. Hulliner will be a "fallback" for the ceiling, but still open to alternatives for the ceiling.
