Absolutely fabulous work. I've been meddling with the idea of a total overhaul on my 76 Boler but started off thinking I could do it in bits and pieces. You and others I've viewed show that the best way is to start from scratch. So Thats what I've done and am doing fiberglass work at present.

Thanks for the kind words. The Boler has been a great project. Mine had leaks galore and lots of cobbled together wiring. I decided to gut it and get it back to a usable but not pretty state by summers end. That worked out great. This coming spring I hope to finish off a few more mechanical issues and use it as is for the summer. My 1950 Plymouth has been neglected lately and could use a few $ thrown at it. Unfortunately disposable income is far from limitless.

We'd love to see some pics of your Boler as work progresses. Loads of great info on this site.

Check out some pics in my album. Put out a couple just to get started. Pretty new to this site so I'm not exactly sure how everything goes.

Vintage Trailer Supply for the trim. Similar stuff available at Home Depot. I sent you an email with more detail.

Thanks Raff. I'll look forward to that message. It hasn't hit any inbox yet.

Wow, your camper is amazing.

I have a couple of questions for you.

This one is kind of lame but where did your wife find those bins? Do they have baskets that fit into the tops? Am I seeing that right? They look perfect and I want them.

The second, your countertop trim, is that screwed in? Is that how you attached it? Thanks so much!

Thanks for the kind words. My wife found the storage bins at a store called Solutions. They have a bunch of locations in Ontario. I'm not sure about Alberta. I made the bed area to fit the bins.

The counter edging came from Vintage Trailer Supply. The Home Depot has very similar stuff. It's carefully bent around the curve of the counter and screwed in place.

If I charged you for the hours I put in you'd be broke. If I charged by the value of the job I'd likely starve to death 😎

Greetings all. It's been a while since I've done any work on the Boler and it's time to get back at it. At the moment I have the axle out and a new one on the way. I've emptied out the interior once again and I'm starting the job of painting the interior. I've checked lots of threads here and I'm painting the interior cabinets and ensolite with a good primer followed up with a good quality paint. I've also put in a new backsplash which is made for a sheet of plastic type material that I got at Home Depot. It comes in 4x8 sheets. I've only used a small section for the backsplash so if anyone is near Toronto and could use the remainder you're welcome to it. The colour of the cabinets and the ensolite will be the same as the backsplash which I guess you would call putty. The cabinet doors will be painted a contrasting colour which we haven't chosen yet. My wife will be sewing up some new curtains as well. I also picked up a box of laminate flooring that I found on sale and will be putting that in after the painting is done. Pics as we go for anyone interested.
