I have the same one. Depending on where that crack is and how deep it is could mean varying applications. Pretty simple though.

Fiberglass cloth and thickened epoxy resin. Used it in mine in a few places.

Woohoo! Another fun project. I love it when people get an opportunity to make a trailer uniquely their own. ALMOST to the point I feel sorry for those that buy something brand new!

I know! By the time it's all over, my Burro re-do is easily going to cost as much as brand new (I'm refusing to keep a tally of costs but that's my strong suspicion)...but renovating is way too much fun.

was glad that the previous owner of this burro actually had a completely new frame built, because his had cracked (like I have seen on here)! he did not replace the floor... but from what I can tell it is rotted only at the door way a bit? at least i hope. he bolted the new trailer on.. so it is not just held on by screws. was glad to remove the overhead carpet as it was extremely musty smelling.
more to come.
thanks for the encouragement!

Brent - I used these guys for brake lights click here

They are 7-inch diameter and fit perfectly into the existing round space. But the catch is that they don't have a built-in thing to illuminate the license plate like many official brake lights do, so I'm having to engineer a solution to lighting up the plate.

did you just keep your side running lights as the original... with normal bulbs?
