Ok, so windows are very hard to get or very expensive to have made, soooo... I did it myself. There is a rubber rain shield in the top and the plastic window pane will go under it and inside the rest of the frame. The corners are re-enforced with a thin aluminum epoxied to the main frame. Aluminum is stock angle 1/2" and 3/4" from Home Depot.

I have painted them black (pics yet to come) and have to mount the acrylic panes yet. Then mount them into the body. They will be held in with an inside U channel and screws (U-channel will hide point of screws. This mean NO body drilling to mount - or holes of any kind! :vD

Thanks Vickie.

There was some doubt that it would be big enough, but it is fine for us (we're 5'4"-ish). We can both sit face to face and knees aren't even close to touching. Now that said, we also only weight normal - so we can't go put'n on the beef or it'd be a tight fit on the kitchenette side

It'll be nice to have cupboard doors and trim on - I brought materials with us to do it while camping.
