Smile 77 trillium restoration question
Hi. I have an awesome 77 Trllium which I am trying to restore. What is the metal strip around the middle called that covers the seam? I would like to replace it.

This is referred to as a 'belly band'...not sure if this is the proper nomenclature but there are plenty of references to same in this forum.

After I removed the band I put a stick on Auto Trim...I don't think it shows that but its on another thread I posted somewhere.....

I bought mine from JC Whitney it was 1 1/4 inches wide and they had different styles to choose from.....
