Looks good, did you build the tank bracket from scratch? I put the LG motor on the 5er I sold last month. I thought my switch was working correctly but realized the controls were wired backwards. I had to reverse the wires on the center contacts of the switch to make the motor drive correctly and make all the wires colors work out.

Looks great. I have the same question as Eddie on your tank bracket. Did you make it from scratch or were you able to order one?
I still need to instal my landing gear motor but no hurry as I might be painting the rig first. I do however plan on mounting my switch under the overhang instead of outside if at all possible.

Yes the gas tank bracket was built from scatch . I also cut the old battery holder off that was scabbed on the outside of frame and going to redo it alittle neater for a second battery when no electrical service is available as I use a cpap machine when I sleep .

I'm thinking of going with two batteries and only one 30 gal tank. Looks like it would fit inside. I did see one guy who "added" outside tank brackets to his unit.

I cut the two 30 lb brackets off because I did'nt like the way they fit , I did'nt like it looking like a LP bomb going down the road and I did'nt need that big of tanks anyway . It looks alot cleaner this way I think .

Mine is set up for two 20 lb tanks on the outside. Going with a single 30 lb tank inside would somewhat offset the loss of one of the 20's.

On my 2004 with factory shelf the body stuck out too far for the taller tank. It came with a 24 battery box, to install a 27 battery box I had to place wedges under the box and tilt it to get it to fit. I also had to trim off the plastic handle and part of the top cover. The shelf is a much neater arrangement.

I also had to cut off the 4" of the downword section of the hitch and added more forword to be able to back under the trailer with the tailgate down and not hit anythink ( maybe alittle more room when turning also ). If you look at the new ones , they're made that way too .

The battery holder that I'm going to mount on the outside of the frame will hold 27 battery box when done .

Donna I believe it is just a fresh water fill trimmed to fit the switch. Nice re-purpose for about $15.

Thanks Steve, do you have any idea about the dimensions? Your picture link doesn't go anywhere...
