'93 13ft. Scamp Escape Hatch Help

The escape hatch needs replaced, but I am in need of help:

1. Does anyone know of the standard escape hatch size for that year? If not...

2. How does one properly measure it? Inside? Outside? Can you normally find measurements or model size somewhere?

3. It seems that 'Hengs' is the leading company of these. Do they make a smoked lid version - or does anyone else?

Thanks. Any help and/or insights will be, as always, VERY helpful!

You should be able to get all that information as well as the hatch from Scamp. They have a parts dept. to order from, but are very helpful if you call.

To get the proper vent lid from scamp, measure the lid ( outside dimensions )

FYI, I had a new Fiamma awning and escape hatch installed by Scamp this year. I looked at the receipt and it was $85 for the hatch. There was a labor charge of 2 hours at $60 an hour listed. I believe the labor was for both the awning and hatch installation. I watched them do it and was glad to pay the $120. They did a great job. I kept the old hatch and awning in case someone around here might need parts. I would recommend contacting Scamp for the hatch. My scamp is a 95 13 footer. Love it.

Regards.

The Scamp online Parts store shows the measurements for the various sized escape hatches they have used.
