Hi, all - these look really great, Susan. Where did you find the backs? (Couldn't locate them on the website). My new(er) Casita will be coming 10-14 and I may well use this shelving system. How is the weight?

I just picked up a similiar 14" x 18" system at IKEA (brand name OMAR). Although it only has 3 shelves, $39.99 price tag is hard to beat and I don't have to drill any holes in my closet.

Give it more rabbit...Kent

There's some nice looking systems there. Now I feel limited, we have only one shelf. Child sized hangers fit the closet nicely for jackets and pants, a childs broom to sweep the floor and a laundryunder the shelf.

My sister and I added shelves to our Casita closet. We made templates from cardboard to find the shape for each curved shelf. We made the shelves from 1/4" plywood and attached 1/2" dowels to the bottom of each freestanding shelf before stacking them on top of each other. Her closet is taller than mine so she got 3 shelves, but I could only fit 2. This gives a lot more useable space to the closets.
