Any experience with Climate Right Air units

Thinking of A/C for an Escape 17B that has not been built to have a roof mounted unit. The only thing I can find is the Climate Right Air units that sit outside and feed air through hoses that have to be fed through holes in the hull. Does anyone have experience - the good, the bad and/or the ugly - with these?
