Awning Help...Please

I have a near perfect Dometic, Catalina 2500 awning on my Casita EXCEPT one rafter recently broke in a wind burst. Since it is an old model Dometic doesn't make the parts, nor does Scamp or Casita carry them. Any ideas about used parts source? Fabricating a new one would be problematic because of how it attaches to the spring roller shaft.

Well shoot. Have you tried RV Dr. George? He may just have the part you need.

You don't say where you are Greg, there are other salvage yards.
RV Salvage/Surplus Yards (List) Updated
plus keep your eye out on craigslist etc. Sometimes you will find a damaged one some is try to sell for parts.

Thanks Donna, Of all the searches I tried on the net, his is one I didn't come across his site. Thanks, I will try him tomorrow.
