I'm thinking the second and third ones would be easier and quicker, so the price should drop due to economies of scale!!

I completely agree with this.....but, the main problem I have is time. I took holidays this week to get the trailer camp-able. My To-Do list seems to be getting longer as I work, How does this happen?

Nice work, add me to the list of potential customers once you get that economy of scale worked out.

X3(or is it 4?) That is a beautiful box and appears very functional. I have not been satisfied with what I have found commercially.

If we can't hit economy of scale, do you think it would be possible for ourselves to make one with the ultra economy version?

Technically no....But if a determined person with a good plan got his hands on it sure. The main problem with that machine, is that it is not a "box and pan" style. What that means is, if you had a square work piece, that little machine could only bend two opposite sides. which makes it really tough to make a lid. A box and pan style could bend all four sides. In all reality though, that machine is good for bending tin flashing at best.

I see now that there is a lot of interest in this box, The economy of scale could be there for a run of these. Sadly though, as stated earlier, I am a man that can build pretty much anything, except for enough time in the day. Just the logistics of figuring out how to make "one fit all" would consume many hours.

If i was only closer to retirement, I would be all over this for you guys
