Bigfoot single to thermal pane window upgrade

I'm seriously considering some upgrades to my 1989 17-foot Bigfoot to make it more useful in cold-weather service. In addition to UltraHeat (or similar) tank and pipe heaters, I'm considering the replacement of all the single pane windows with thermal pane versions. The original windows are all made by Sun-View Industries in Summerland BC, a company that is still alive and well today. Before I measure all the windows and request a quote, I wonder if anyone else has done this upgrade and, if so, is there anything I should consider or be aware of that might not be so obvious? For anyone who has done this, do you recall what your total cost of the upgrade was?

TIA

Mike

Can't help answer your questions Mike, but Escape trailers has dual pane windows as an option and it seems lots of folks are ordering new trailers that way. The problem Reace has run into, is not all windows in all sizes are available in dual pane.

Hope it works out for you!
