And, I agree with what he said. Your trailer is 33 years old. If it's a torsion
axle, it could be past time to replace it. That alone will give you some height. By time you cut off the axle, weld on spacers and put the axle back on... unless you're the welder, you may end up spending as much as a replacement... or within reasonable cost. If you replace the axle, consider
brakes. You'd never regret having
brakes....
