I'm jealous, but I don't miss that drive. Besides-if I save it, Sue spends it. :o

Hi All
One other little mod I did today.

<img src=http://www.fiberglassrv.com/board/uploads/3e9b49ed1543ccoff.jpg/>

I was given these old containers. My wife and I cleaned them up.I made Names on PC.Bought some steel type shelfe dividers and put it all together.I turned stove on for half an hour to make sure nothing overheats.Works ok.

Hi Chester,
On your last picture posted, I see the top of your range is like a new one. Did you change the range ? the top ? Or simply clean it ? If so, using what? Mine is awefull, I spent a part of this afternoon trying to clean its top, but it is stained. I think it has not been used for a long time. I am unbuilding the range piece by piece from top to buttom of the oven. Very dirty. Besides cleaning, I am concerned by giving it a nice look. I think about painting the top with high temp paint. Has anyone an other suggestion ?
Thanks
P.S. I took some "before" pictures, but they are still in the camera...

Hi Raymond
My range top is the original one. I just used some metal cleaner that you would use for any stove.:)

Looks great

Chester, I was just looking at your re mod on your 17 ft. Very nice.
Is that a screen door you made yourself?? Where we live they (skeets)will try to sneak in and carry you away.
We brought ours home yesterday and started to do the cleaning.
Do you travel with the satellite TV. Neat arrangement.
Wilma

Hi All
These are shots of Boler after first real good scrub down and wax job.The day is rainy and snowy and overcast so photos don't show true job.

Looker

Ches,

You have a looker there! A classic with lots of character....

BTW, if you had windows rusted out on an old Boler/Scamp/Casita, is it possible to replace these windows with new ones (black/silver)?

Cost? Are these standard RV sizes? I know that HEHR is one of the brands.

Hi All
I had removed my spare tire from under Boler.I had hard time trying to put it back. Its now mounted on back bumpers.I placed a piece of wall panneling between tire and cover.I was lucky and found a metal name plate and mounted that too.It should look better when wringles iron themselves out.
