All the 13' Bolers I have seen have the table hinged to the back wall. The one we purchased has a floor socket which makes the table top free standing, not supported off any walls. I hate the sockets (bowls) on the floor. When I had Ten Forward built.. no table! I like the way the table in the Scamp
was easy to unhook from the wall and moved to bed in one easy movement.
Since I can't see the year of your Boler
in your profile... I can't tell you if it was a manufacturers decision to change based on the year of the build.... Sorry.
