Cabinet Doors

Is there a good site out there that has new hardware for cabinet doors for a boler. We are looking at redoing the old particle board one with something new. Any insite will be appreciated. Any suggestions on material for the doors, we are thinking a good 2 side birch plywood.

I'd go to a big box store. Tons of cabinet hardware and certainly lots of finished wood to pick from. There's really nothing special about either on the Boler, what makes it special is what you choose to use.

I can't help with specific parts for a Boler, but check out Cabinet Parts.com. Lots of interesting stuff...

I used 1/2" Birch when I redid all my cabined doors in my Scamp. Some light walnut stain and 3 coats of poly and they look great. Ended up getting a piece of 3/4 and replaced the table top also. I found all the hardward I needed at the local Ace store.

not sure how your decorating,,,, but vintage or antique hardware could look pretty spiffy.

I've used 9 ply 1/2" maple plywood for cabinet doors . Cut the doors to fit and rounded over the edges on a router table. The doors are very stable and after 10 years show no signs of warping. .Like other said stain and put several coats of varnish on the doors to protect . I would buy myself a set of vix bits for mounting the door hinges makes the job go easier and look a lot better or you could go with BLUM hinges but you would need thicker door stock

If you don't want the plywood edges to show, you can buy wood veneer edge banding that has hot glue backing. Available at any home improvement store. It simply irons on( or I imagine you could use a heat gun). Once it's all on use a file to remove the extra edges, and it takes stain great. If you look in my past posts I have pictures of a replacement table for our scamp that I did that with. Came out great
