Cnc'd wooden wheels

Hi Scamp friends and happy Thanksgiving weekend. It's been on my list for quite a few weeks to get my 13' Scamp into the cover of my garage, but I have an aftermarket axle, and there just isn't enough clearance. I bought myself a cnc last year, so I decided to CNC some plywood wheels. Not too tough of a project, once I got my bearings in the cad and cam software. I'm regularly on the hunt for old entertainment centers on the curb. The old plywood cabinet-quality oak monsters make great project stuff! I haul them home and go at them with the deadblow mallet. Fun and fun!

Here are some pics of my weekend fun. If anybody is interested in a set of these let me know.

Dan

Wooden wheeld

I am definitely interested! Have '74 13' Scamp: by deflating tires, can get into one garage, but not another.
