Great job. I'm sure the comfort and the back support is greatly improved.

I have started taking mine apart. I will have ordered a smaller water tank and bought the plywood.

Here are a few pictures of my sofa to side dinette conversion in our LIL Snoozy. I have the plumbing finished. I removed the 36 gal. Fresh water tank and replaced it with a 10. I managed to mount the tank, pump and related plumbing to fit inside one of the soon to be seat boxes. I will use the other for storage. I have already started on the woodworking.Click image for larger version

The lazy Susan will work or a boat seat swivel. I have bought 2 Casita captains chairs. I haven't received them yet so I don't know exactly what I will use. The Casita chairs have stands. We might be able to modify them.

The Casita captains chairs have their own swivel. I have a friend who used boat seat swivels from Amazon. They have to be bolted to the seat and the platform. I hope this helps.

Spinning a SD Dinette into a FD Dinette

Jon:

Thanks for the plans on how to make a FD swivel-chair dinette out of a SD side dinette. It certainly does open up the possibilities!

Just to clarify, Jim… this is not my trailer. Kevin is the one you need to thank! I remembered seeing this mod a while back and thought it well done, so I posted the link in your other thread

Best wishes on your hunt for a Casita!
