I ran a 4 gauge ground also. I don't really believe in using the frame.

Yep, that's about all you have to do. In technical jargon it's called "Easy Peasy".....

Since the PD 4045 is much larger then the converter that you have, where do you plan to put it?
As for easy peasy, running wire to the new location, cutting the new hole, covering up the old hole, if that is easy, I wonder what hard looks like.

I was think i would install on the side where the porch light switch is on the 78 4500 there is a storage bin so the hole is already their. I would like to go with the Dynamics PD4645 but im having a hard time understanding where the fuse panel is and if i need to install a breaker for it ? all the photos i see of it look like this ? it looks as it would be an easier install plug and play but i just don't get the fuse/breaker part of the PD4645 do you need a breaker for it ?

It is possible to use a separate push button breaker. Like this:
E-T-A Circuit Protection and Control - 1140-G111-P1M1-15A - Circuit Protection - Circuit Breaker - Allied Electronics
Not as neat as a breaker box, but not too bad.
This thread details the install that one member did:

He mounts the DC board in behind the panel that you referred to. I would do that part a little different.
The place that you propose to put the PD 4045 is not a bad idea. I don't know the dimensions of the PD 4045 is, but I think it would probably fit, and it is very close to the original location of the stock converter. Good idea.
I use that bin for garbage, and I would miss it.

Actually, I have not installed one. I still use the orignal converter. It is enough to run the lights, and my vent fan.
The 15 A breaker would be before the converter. There would also probably be a few other breakers after that. One feeding the converter. Since there is a 10A breaker for all the plugs in the trailer, I gotta assume there is a reason for this, so 10A breaker for the plugs. I would also install one more 15A breaker for a plug that I install below the garbage bin, and also one on the outside of the trailer. The breakers would likely be in a row beside the converter.
Main - 15A - 20 A, if I find a 20A version of this:
http://www.fiberglassrv.com/forums/f...ded-50948.html
Converter - 5A
Existing plugs - 10A
New plugs - 15A
So, four breakers in a row.
On Edit:
It looks like Marinco does make a 20 A version of the power inlet, but i don't like the prong arraignment:
20 Amp Power Inlet (white) | Marinco
I was hoping for something like this:
