Drop leaf counter top addition

Hello folks

I've picked up a nice piece of butcher's block from the Swedish Import Company (IKEA) and thought I'd attach as an extension to our countertop (to the right of the stove) in the wee 13' boler.

The block is not big, nor heavy. I can cut it down, to align the width of the countertop, with a bevel so it cuts away as it heads toward the back bunk.

Any tips on where to get a folding L bracket?

Is it better to have a removable counter (ie, table hinge bracket)

Any advice on where and how to attach?

It's smaller than this one: BOHOLMEN Chopping board - IKEA

Thanks much.

I got a couple folding shelf brackets at Amazon and made a counter extension from a wood snack tray top, it extended to the left of the counter over the bed. After we put the foam mattress back in the trailer we found for one thing the extension hit the mattress when we folded it down, and later realized there was no reason to want to fold it down and also that the support arms on the shelf brackets were just in the way of making the bed. So off came the folding brackets to be replaced by regular brackets. I did put plywood on the inside of the cabinet wall to attach the brackets to.
