I know what you mean--my hub is 6'4" and he has to crank his neck to the side to stand up in the Scamp. I've designated it a "girls only" camper though (except for grandson) so its okay for little me. We've got the Airstream for couple camping which has really good height.
What I love about your Eggcamper is that its bright and cheerful. I love that in campers. You've got a little gem there.

I was thinking that the grids/baskets could be secured with command hooks at the bottom with the hooks upside down (openings down). Seems like that would secure the baskets right there for travel.

Except that the hook itself attaches to the adhesive mount. You slide the hook up to remove it from the mount ( to access the adhesive pad ). So, if it was upside down, it would eventually fall off the mount.

Yes, we thought about that but saw that it would not work so we just used the top hooks, and I don't think it will be a problem to unhook for travel. Trying it out for the first time tomorrow when we go down to the FL Keys for the weekend.

Wouldn't a drop of superglue prevent the bottom hooks from falling off the adhesive mount?

Great idea! Thanks for including the Container Store bag in one of the photos, as it has allowed me to steal this idea shamelessly. . Also like the idea of the paper towels under the microwave. Thanks

IKEA has some nice suction cup mounted shower accessories, too.

I put a suction cup stainless steel container in there, too.....also from the container store. I don't trust suction cups for all that sunscreen ! Used command hooks from PO for that basket.
Always looking for more storage
