Hey, David! I like your idea for the folding shelf so I've ordered the hardware for it. Just wondering what the measurements are for the shelf itself! Hopefully my hubby'll be able to install one in our Scamp. Nice install!

Does anyone have a photo of the front sofa/bunk that you can post? I want to see where the flange is that holds the upright that holds up the upper bunk. I have an idea to make a shelf using it. All my photos show the cushion covering up this flange and my trailer is parked 1 hour from my home. Thank you.

Linda,

Dimensions are 19" (hinge side) x 14" x 3/4". Let me know if he has any more questions when he gets started on it.

Terrific Einstein quote by the way.

I wish to instal a drop-down extension on my 2005 13ft Scamp at the end of the sink which is tight against the settee, attached with the folding shelf brackets....BUT the thermostat is there, preventing the extension from lying flat in the dropped-down position. The drop-down extension would have to be raised to put down the back cushion.

Suggestions, please?
