Fixing up the '75 Trillium 1300
We have a floor! Used UberHaus vinyl flooring over a thin underlay and aluminum trim.
Before
During
After
Working in new cushions and covers.
Scrubbing down the fiberglass inside and letting my OCD guide me in scuff removal 😳 have applied Zep to inside of the door and the closet side of the fiberglass and she is shinning. So many more little projects to do.
Replace T molding, clean/bleach ensolite, find upper hatch, remove wasp nest beginnings from the vent cover, find propane stove, trim out the fridge... Oh the list goes on and on! But! We have a floor!!!

Hey Lyndsay, the floor looks great. The trim that you used turned out awesome. Nice work.

Looks good! The floor is something we want to tackle in our trailer so I'm always interested in these flooring threads for getting ideas. Muddy paw prints will be easy to clean up now!

T molding
If you find T molding for your Trill please let me know where. It is one of the last things we need for our 77. We put the same type of floor down .

T Moulding
Do you want to replace it because it is missing, or rippled? If due to it being rippled, just pull it off, (it snaps on). Then, boil it. This will soften it up and let it lay flat. When it has cooled off, it will harden up. Then you can snap it back in. I made the mistake of throwing it out when I bought my first Trillium. Big mistake.
Tom Young was selling the stuff, I think Great West Vans is selling it now.

It is rippled and I had read about boiling it and reinstalling but it' also discoloured and I wasn't sure if I could bleach it white again. Also I am missing a few pieces. After talking to Joe though I think I will try saving it and bleaching it back to white and then just buy what I need.

I picked some up to do the whole trailer from Joe on Thursday. I needed a bit of the baking strip too. Most of mine was removed by a previous owner, and thrown out. The stuff originally in my '76 was an cream colour, not white, so I would not be able to bleach it out anyway.
The stark white does make it fairly noticeable against the cream colour of the ensolite, but it is not too bad. We are considering painting the ensolite anyway, but leaving the original fibreglass colour.

I would rent you mine out Lyndsay, but as you likely realize from visiting, the wait might be quite some time yet.

Actually, you would be lucky to get it in before the end of summer.
