I had this front storage box wielded on. Went to Corpus Christi this weekend to try it out. Just had to you know! Works great! My goal is to have everything in the trailer besides clothes so we can spend less time after school loading the camper. I've even dehydrated plenty of meals so I don't even need to pack food! Lol. I just hate getting to camping spots in the dark.
Also included is a pic of our travel companion. Loved seeing peoples faces when Duke jumps out of our tiny camper. Lol
Interesting box Brandi, where did you get it? Ours is all bolt on and no holes drilled in the tongue. To restore back to the propane tank I would just have to weld back that bracket.
We told the wielding shop what we wanted and they bought it. I'm pretty sure from Tractor Supply. I can do a lot of things but wielding is not one of them! Lol. Had a bit of problems with the tongue jack this past weekend. We had a hard time getting the legs down because it didn't go as low as the old one. Gotta look for a replacement . Lol
Had new tires put on too. Love the smoothness now. The PO had put on car tires. Very bouncy
Nice box. Looks very similar to what I installed last year between my propane tanks and tongue jack. Mine is a Tradesman tongue box, I ordered it from home depot. So far it's worked out great, yet to leak even in a few rain storms.
I also had to modify my tongue jack. Mine is a top wind so I removed the handle, drilled a hole in a socket and bolted that where the handle used to be. I use a socket extension to clear the box and a bought a speed ratchet to wind it up and down.
