Hi,

I managed to find a Hydro Flame (model BRC 10) furnace in near new condition. It is the gravity "no electricity required" model from the late 70's. I'm going to install it in my 1975 13' Trillium.

My question is, does anyone know what the required clearance is for the heater fire box to the fiberglass?

The spot next the the fridge is tight, there is about an inch from the outer edge of the heater to the wheel wells and I don't want to melt the fenders!

Hi, I tried that... the models they show are a tad more modern than the one I bought!

Mike----------I had that same furnace in my 17ft Boler when I owned it. There really (If I remember right) only a few inches clearence. That furnace as far as I am concerned is one of the best ever made.

I am looking for my manual. I got one some place, I think.

You got one heck of a deal. I have looked for manual but can't find it. We are kinda packing so we can fix house and then possibly sell same. If I come across it I will send to you.
