Sounds like a '70s wardrobe malfunction, don't it??

David, it's all plywood, but I'm glad it looks like 'glass to you, that was my intention. I wanted it to look like 'glass to ME, to flow with the original style. I mitered the corners, glued and nailed them, then sanded to mimic the radii in the rest of the camper. Finished with tinted primer then 2 coats of gloss enamel, blocked between coats. (I'm not set up to spray, so it's brushed on).

There will be a small hatch in the front of the potty garage, just enough to pull the flush handle. Main access for use and service is through the top. I'll have a top hatch hinged to swing up against the curb side wall, and the floor built up just enough so that the potty seat is barely flush to the top. Worked well in our old boat thataway, and there's some fiberglass structure in the way of a front door.

To my mind, that "wing" is too integral to the jamb side of the door opening. It reaches inboard to sit on the frame rail.

I worry about visibility, running at night like I do. Even with those 80-pot LED taillights, more is better right? Click image for larger version

I probably ought to buy a spare toilet just in case! It's such a custom fit it fairly snaps into place.

I decided not to put a door on the flush hatch. It's just big enough to pull the handle, and to see the level gauge.

Next comes the table.

I have a tech question:
I need to build up the area under the front window to attach the table hardware. I intend to bond a piece of plywood to the hull as a foundation for this.

What's the best adhesive? I used PL polyurethane construction adhesive in the floor, but in that instance gravity is my friend. I've been searching about and have seen several options.

1)PL
2) fiberglass resin
3) epoxy
4) bondo
5) 3M 5200
6) Gorilla glue

What say you?

If strength and water barrier is a concern I would use this stuff http://www.fiberglassrv.com/forums/a...1&d=1446520471

I used the PC 11 A&B in equal parts to bond a new conduit metal frame to my fiberglass door, a riser for our vent made of plywood to the fiberglass roof and they are both holding well. Very strong stuff!

Thanks. Where did you buy that PC11?

This time, I just used good ol' polyester resin and fiberglass mat.

Sanded the hull and the sheet of 1/2" ply with a 60-grit disc, then wet both surfaces. Added mat to the back of the wood, then wet that again. Click image for larger version

Used an assortment of scraps to clamp the mess in place until it cures. Maybe tomorrow or the next day I'll have a table roughed in...

I come up there occasionally to see a business client and I believe there is one on Hwy. 5/Canton Hwy. if you exit to the right going north on I75...I believe it is in a shopping center on the right but I could be mistaken...anyway, search Google it shows up on
Walmart too, Home Depot or Lowe's may have it too. You could also try West Marine I believe they have a store up that way. When I get done with my Boler we should try to plan an outing, I have been wanting to start a spring or summer rally somewhere here in Georgia...I think I should create a post on this...

You're right, there are a few left. I was just making a funny, my two local favorites are gone.

We'd be interested in another rally, lots of fun!

Kind of a weird combination- potty at the dining table.

Still a lot of fine tuning to do, but that's ok.
