David, it's all plywood, but I'm glad it looks like 'glass to you, that was my intention. I wanted it to look like 'glass to ME, to flow with the original style. I mitered the corners, glued and nailed them, then sanded to mimic the radii in the rest of the camper. Finished with tinted primer then 2 coats of gloss enamel, blocked between coats. (I'm not set up to spray, so it's brushed on).
There will be a small hatch in the front of the potty garage, just enough to pull the flush handle. Main access for use and service is through the top. I'll have a top hatch hinged to swing up against the curb side wall, and the floor built up just enough so that the potty seat is barely flush to the top. Worked well in our old boat thataway, and there's some fiberglass structure in the way of a front door.
To my mind, that "wing" is too integral to the jamb side of the door opening. It reaches inboard to sit on the frame rail.
