Chuck, the door seems to open and close just fine. The old weather stripping is gone on most of the interdoor frame.
As a stop-gap measure, large weather stripping at the top would keep the water and air from entering the trailer. However, it would be soooo ugly!
If the door isn't sprung, could the door opening be out of aligment, or frame twisted?
