Scamp. Finishing up my remodel and it's looking good! I have more shopping to do for decor, but I'm loving it so far.
The question is I get asked the most is about the backsplash. I had no "rat fur" in my camper. Previous owner had redone the whole inside. The backsplash was installed because they had gotten silicone about 3 inches up on the wall behind the sink and it wouldn't take
paint. So, I decided to add a backsplash. Turns out it's a huge hit! It's a plastic 2'x4' sheet from Lowes. It's called "faux tin ceiling panel". It came in different colors, I ordered white. I then roller painted it with my wall color which is Country White. Let it dry overnight, then lightly rolled it with the aqua. Purposely not doing a perfect job. It looks very distressed which is what I wanted. I didn't seal it, although I probably should of. That was an afterthought. I don't have a stove in there, so it will probably be fine.
The ceiling (aqua) color is Glidden "Bell Bottoms".
