I don't know what you are trying to do. To adjust the latch either remove or install shims under the latch where it screws to the door. If the door is too loose order the thick door seal from Scamp and shim the latch if it is too tight.

The hold open latch that was on the trailer has a bend in it, the piece that attaches to the door, it has to be bent so it drops into the piece on the trailer, I'm thinking heat.
Got ya. Just replaced mine with a stainless latch from Camping World last week. I used the 6" long latch. Remove the old catch and latch. I put butyl tape behind the new parts before installing the new parts. First install the catch on the door. Then place the latch in a vice and whack it with a hammer with the approximate bend in the middle of the arm. Take it to the trailer and place it over the installation holes and swing door back for a fit test and repeat the process until it is bent to where you want it. I found after I got the bend at the correct angle I had to adjust the angle of the catch loop and I had to flatten the end loop a little to fit the slot. Then reattach the latch to the trailer. After reattaching the latch I did the final adjustment by hand. On some Scamps when the door is latched the center of the door hits the belly band and it flexes the door. Buy using the 6" latch the door does not contact the belly band and you don't really notice the door setting out further.

If you are talking about the Hold-Open "Male" part, it is available off the shelf with a bend. I just happen to have two different ones on hand
The short one, about 3" long, has about an 18 degree bend
The longer one, about 4.5" long, has about a 30 degree bend.
