OK, sorry, didn't see this dredged up again! Yes, I am still happy with it, tho it currently is NOT permanently installed in the Leocraft (I have to remove the dead gravity feed
furnace and modify the mounts).
It still does all I have said it does. I put it on a stand and run a line through an open window last summer, but had mice issues, so I resorted to using my Buddy heater. The mice would climb up the
propane line and play with the cat all nite.
Yes, it has a glass barrier between the flame and the grill. The grill gets warm, but not so warm you can't lay your hand on it. It works by quasi convection. The heat actually comes out and up from behind the glass and "shoots" out into the room.
Condensation is there, but not nearly as bad as with a Cat heater or the Buddy heater.
You need to practice all precautions...keep away from flamables etc, and give it a good fresh air supply. You would be happy with it.
