I need 2 set-in windows, who knows how to make them?

I would need flexible frames and rubber sealer. I want to make them in the shape of a right triangle and the long side slightly curved. The RV roof is parabola-shaped (gypsy wagon) and the windows would go up against the curved sides of the RV.

How can I make these by hand, does anyone have experience with this?

I have done an internet search and there is nothing ready-made in this shape.

The dimensions would be around 18" high and 14" wide.

The window does not have to open, but it would be cool if it did.

Have you joined the tnttt site. It's main focus is small homebuilt campers. A few there have built gypsy wagons. Look on perfectfit.com for rubber weatherstrip that is used to install glass.

You need to find out the minimum radius that the rubber seal you choose to use can bend around and then design your windows with that factor plus perhaps a little extra amount just for a safety comfort zone factor.

This plan would be a great template for my truck-cap window,

Glass

In the city that I live in there is a glass store that can cut and shape the glass for you. If they can't do it they know where to get it completed.

So contact a local window glass store and ask them where you can get the glass you need..

Thank you so much!

My RV is just wood so I hope the job will be easier than if I had to deal with multiple layers and insulation. I want to find a glass shop and have them cut it for me as you suggested and maybe they will also have some tips for setting it into the holes and finishing the edging and sealing it in. I appreciate all the advice I have been given here by you and everyone!
