IKEA folding table

I found this table on E-bay, but they come from Ikea. It's 23 5/8 X 29 1/2. I like it so we can keep the bed full-time, but still have an indoor table. Has anyone tried installing one of these in their trailer or made their own that works? It looks like when the table is up you'll still be able to access the lower storage areas.
